During the fall and spring semester high school students can extend their learning opportunities past the bell. Most classes meet twice a week for 3 hours.

Instead of sitting around the house all summer, incoming 10th - 12th graders and current graduates can work towards earning Carnegie credit and a $400 stipend.  Students who successfully earn an industry-based certification will also receive a $100 bonus!

Who runs the world? GIRLS! Two female students from each high school spend the day learning about career opportunities for women in non-traditional careers, complete a carpentry project, and take home a special gift.  Participants will be designated as female skill-craft ambassadors.
